There is admittedly some controversy surrounding this prophesy. I have also been told that Jesus will return and initiate rapture on the 21st of May 2011, and that the total end of time will take place on the 21st of October 2011.

Did you ever watch the Chris Carter TV series Millennium? I loved how members of the so called "Millennium Group" in the series had a greeting screen on their computers informing them of how many days it was to the world was going to end.
I wonder if there any end of the world screen savers out there...
I've embedded a javascript into this post so that it continually updates the number of shopping days. This is admittedly not as good as a doomsday screensaver. I never saw Millennium, but an X-files spin-off leveraging Y2K paranoia might be something I could find entertaining.
